It gives us great pleasure to invite you to officiate as Chairman at the 2023 Tampa Bay Classic. Details of the event are listed below. Please review everything carefully, provide the information requested, and most importantly sign and return a copy to us in either paper or electronic format.

Preferred Arrival/Departure dates: Saturday April 23, 2022 12:00 AM/Monday April 25, 2022 12:00 AM
Approximate Competition Start Time/Date: Saturday April 23, 2022
Room reservations will be reserved for you based on the preferred dates above. If you decide to arrive early or depart later than the above dates, please let us know and we will provide you with our discounted rate. For convenience any additional room nights will be deducted from your fee.
The best airport for arrival is the Tampa International Airport.
Dress Code is business dress/suits for our day session and Semi formal for Sunday Evening. This contract includes Dinner on Sunday in the Ballroom and we do respectfully request that you notify us two weeks before the competition starts if you will be joining us for dinner on Sunday, otherwise you are free too leave after your last shift on Sunday evening.
We will provide lunch on Sunday and we will do a per diem for Sunday breakfast of $20. This will be added to your check no need to supply receipts.
Your compensation for the event will be 750, plus all applicable travel expenses.
